MISSING PACKAGES:
Racrovet Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for packages marked "not received" but delivered. These packages must be tracked down by the customer. Check with neighbors next to your front door or on your porch. The geotag can be checked by your local post office. They will also escalate an investigation for you. However, we cannot track down packages.
Racrovet Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for packages stolen. The best way to proceed is to file an insurance claim and send it via your rental or home insurance. You can also file a claim through Route Shipping insurance if you have chosen it.
We will assist you once your order has been shipped. Please contact the carrier if you have any questions or shipping problems.
Recipient-initiated Investigations tend to be more smooth, so Racrovet Cosmetics won't be able to open an investigation for you.
PACKAGES WITH INSUFFICIENT/INCORRECT ADDRESS
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the correct shipping address has been used when placing an order. Double-check your shipping address before placing an order. After placing your order, you will receive confirmation emails that will include your shipping address. You can correct any errors in the shipping address by responding to this confirmation email immediately.
Racrovet Cosmetics will accept packages that have been returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address. However, the customer will need to pay the shipping costs. In this case, we charge full shipping costs to re-send the package.
Your order will be shipped within 2 to 4 business days unless otherwise noted.
We cannot make any changes to an order once it has been placed.
After your shipment is picked up by the carrier, you will be provided with an updated tracking number to track your package's progress to its destination. Racrovet Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Therefore, route Shipping is highly recommended at checkout to protect any stolen or lost packages.
International Shipping: At the moment, we don't ship internationally, but we plan to.

Audio muting – users with hearing devices may experience headaches or other issues due to automatic audio playing. This option lets users mute the entire website instantly.
Cognitive disorders – we utilize a search engine that is linked to Wikipedia and Wiktionary, allowing people with cognitive disorders to decipher meanings of phrases, initials, slang, and others.
Additional functions – we provide users the option to change cursor color and size, use a printing mode, enable a virtual keyboard, and many other functions.
