If your package is returned to us unopened due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the delivery was unsuccessful, we will process a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned package from the shipping carrier. Please note that the refund will exclude the packaging cost. We do not offer package reshipment.

Once an order has been shipped and moved to fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.
